1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Downloadable software products.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any other relevant information. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved.
2.2 Shipping Your Return
Once your return is approved:
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Service team.
- You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

1. Record from Start to Finish
- Start recording before opening the package.
- Show the package condition (any damage, labels, or tampering).
- Capture the entire process of unboxing without cuts or edits.
2. Show the Shipping Label
- Clearly show the shipping label with tracking details to prove it’s the package you received.
3. Open the Package Carefully
- Avoid tearing the box aggressively in case the company requests a return.
- Show how the item is packed inside.
4. Display the Item Clearly
- Show all angles of the product.
- Highlight any missing parts, damages, or defects.
- If the item is electronic, show if it powers on or functions correctly.
5. Keep the Video Unedited
- No cuts or pauses—this ensures authenticity.
- Some companies may not accept edited videos as proof.
6. Mention the Date & Time
- If possible, show a timestamp on the screen or mention the date in the video.
